Tic Tac Blink – Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction comes first.
Tic Tac Blink offers a 10-day return and refund window from the date of delivery on all eligible products.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • A box-opening video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, defect, or wrong item.

  • Returns with missing proof, tampered packaging, or visible misuse will be rejected.

Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders are refunded to your bank account after verification.

  • Returns based on personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it”, “changed my mind”) are not accepted.

At Tic Tac Blink, we believe in fair play — if there’s a genuine issue, we fix it. If not, we don’t run a free rental service.
